Calibishi Volleyball Club

Today's early morning, we practiced volleyball.



Morning...
from 6 am to 7 am.

I felt good.

So, It's very nice to take exercise in the early morning.
Because we get a fresh air.
that is very good.

and so,
The exercise in the early morning;

You can lose weight easily.
Because,you take a exercise with an empty stomach.

Please remember!
You have to take exercise with an empty stomach! (A water is OK.)
But, Don't eat.

You can eat breakfast after exercise.
